Trafford CIL is a Hate Crime Reporting CentreThis means that we can support you to report hate incidents and hate crimes, or we can make reports on your behalf.
What is a hate crime?A hate crime is any criminal act committed to a person (or people) motivated by disability, race, religion, sexuality, transgender identity.
What is a hate incident?A hate incident is any situation where a person is made to feel isolated or intimidated due to any of the above characteristics, but which does not constitute a criminal act. Hate incidents can also be reported to the CIL and directly to the police using the above form.
