NEW Free Life Coaching at Trafford CIL

Are you over 18, live in Trafford and have learning disability or have autism?

Do you want to make changes to your life?

Are you ready for the challenge of setting goals and overcoming the barriers you put in your own way?

Then life coaching could offer the support you need. A life coach can help you to identify the changes you want to make and set goals for yourself. These could include moving to your own home, improving your health and wellbeing, going to college, trying new activities, expanding your social life, or looking for work – or other goals that are important to you. Then in a series of meetings, the life coach will work with you to look at the challenges you face in achieving your goals, and how you can overcome those challenges or get help to overcome them. At the meetings you’ll also form a plan to achieve your goals, and assess your own progress towards them.

The life coaching service is being run in a partnership called MAPLE with other local community organisations, including ASGMA and Crossroads (GM Carers). We’re starting to take enquiries at Trafford CIL, so if you would like to know more or get a referral form when they are ready, please contact our life coach Clare. Clare Cochrane.
